Synergized Earth Network (SEN) is a global, values-driven, and commitment-based network of networks across generations, disciplines, and sectors. We collectivize and synergize aligned capacities for social and sustainable change in all segments of society on a local, national, regional, and global level. We focus on awareness-building, leadership development, lifelong learning, and personal and talent-development processes with a self-organizing approach. We convene community, enhance capacity-building, develop science-based knowledge and social-technology innovations to generate solutions based on self-identified community needs. The Millennial Leadership Lab (MLL) is a data-driven knowledge platform for equipping the next generation of leadership and preparing the future workforce in the digital age offering a variety of services to (Fortune 500) companies and organizations – from (customized) evidence-based leadership training, coaching, consultancy to public speaking services and workshops in order to help corporations, organizations and knowledge institutions to engage their internal and external Millennial and Gen Z workforce better.
Millenial Motion
Millennial Motion: The Next Generation of Leadership is a platform to address the importance of the role of NextGen leaders in global change processes and generate possible solutions across various impact areas. The NextGen Talks flagship event series are organised worldwide to voice their perspectives and enhance synergised collaboration to drive meaningful and lasting impact. In this way, it builds an evidence-based bridge between theory and practice and the nexus between science and society.
