SEN's Hands are composed on the foundation of our Theory of Change and focuses on uniting existing aligned capacities for social and sustainable change across generations and in all sectors and segments of society.
We believe and experience that change can only come from within ourselves, from within our communities and from within our surrounding structures and institutions.

SEN | CORNERSTONES
To live upon our vision, mission and Open Invitation, we have build three SEN cornerstones which we define as the Heart, Head and Hands of our organization as a dynamic living system. These cornerstones support our philosophy and everything we strive for.
They serve as a compass to navigate through how we operate as a value-driven and (personal) commitment-based intergenerational world community that continuously strives to translate our vision into practise where possible.
