We believe and experience that change can only come from within ourselves, from within our communities and from within our surrounding structures and institutions.

To live upon our vision, mission and Open Invitation, we have build three SEN cornerstones which we define as the Heart, Head and Hands of our organization as a dynamic living system. These cornerstones support our philosophy and everything we strive for.
