For each survey a selection is made from the database and submitted to the respondents. TNS NIPO uses NIPO Software for its research surveys, catering its research to the subject and target group. TNS NIPO  provides  the empirical basis in collaboration with SEN to support the  doctoral  research  of  co-founder Seren  Dalkiran in developing and conducting our surveys within the SEN network among a generation of young  emerging leaders  about their value-orientations and worldviews in leadership and organizational paradigm.
