1.  NETWORK OF NETWORKS

▶ SEN as a Network of Networks facilitates a self-organized LOCAL CHAPTER SYSTEM to enhance shared-value collaborations among different generations, within the already existing sincere capacities for  sustainable and social change practices with a focus on restoring human-human and human-earth relationships.

The network is supported by the global SENSummit, local, national and regional conferences and through personal contact and an Online Community composed of an:

2. INTERGENERATIONAL LEADERSHIP MOVEMENT

▶ SEN as a network encompasses an Intergenerational Leadership Movement. This movement is particularly focused on young emerging leaders (in the age category of 18-35) to engage in outreach and campaigning, leadership training, transformative and experiential learning, capacity- & skill-building, personal development, awareness and self-empowerment processes.

The movement values and encourages the importance of intergenerational leadership by building upon what exists in collaboration with existing leaders whom we call ‘mutual mentors’ (AMBASSADORS/Elders) on equal grounds in all sectors and segments of society.

Our movement serves as the outreach and campaigning organ of SEN in raising awareness and supporting the formation of local chapters. 


3. SOLUTION-BASED THINK TANK

▶ SEN as a Solution-based Think Tank strives to ignite and strengthen synergy between communities worldwide. The solution-based think tank supports the overall network and particularly the local chapters.

           ◎ Research & Development    

I.    SEN strives to bridge theory and  practice, activism and academia to contribute to the field of 
       research regarding the most pressing challenges in human dignity & development and   
       environmental sustainability.

II.  Through our R&D component we engage in developing strategic visioning and possible   
       sustainable and innovative solutions generation that can be operationalized in our local   
       chapters, while providing a solid support structure for the 'self-identified' needs of the various  
       communities. 

III. National, regional and global think tanks may also tackle non-local challenges.

IV. At every geographical level members will receive think tank training.

      As a global solution-based think tank, SEN strives to actively support local and grassroots 
      initiatives and communities. SEN assists with developing and implementing possible effective   
      solutions for tackling pressing challenges in communities and localities.
