OUR ORGANIZATION

SEN AS AN INTERGENERATIONAL LEADERSHIP MOVEMENT

SEN as an Intergenerational Leadership Movement is particularly focused on young emerging leaders (in the age category of 18-35) to engage in leadership training, transformative and experiential learning, capacity & skill-building, personal development, awareness and self-empowerment processes.

The movement values and encourages the importance of intergenerational leadership by building upon what exists in collaboration with existing leaders which we call ‘mutual mentors’ (AMBASSADORS/Elders) on equal grounds in all sectors and segments of society.

Our movement serves as the outreach and campaigning organ of SEN in

1. RAISING AWARENESS

2. SUPPORTING THE FORMATION OF LOCAL CHAPTERS


 LEADERSHIP OF VALUES TRAINING

A foundational part of our services is the SEN self-organized Leadership of Values Training. This training contains a required self-organized training package for all SEN Members upon joining SEN. 

The training package aims to prepare SEN members to gain a clear and thorough understanding of SEN’s philosophy, vision and mission based upon our core values, guiding principles, work ethics, worldview as well as our strategy and method of operation.
